IL-10

Overview
  • Interleukin-10 (IL-10) is a regulatory cytokine which tends to reduce the production of inflammatory mediators by a variety of cells. IL-10 also appears to skew the differentiation of CD4+ T-cells toward the production of Th2 Cells rather than Th1 Cells.
