Adenoid Cystic Carcinoma

Overview
  • Adenoid Cystic Carcinomas tend to arise in minor salivary gland and contain small, dark cells arranged in a cribiform or cystic pattern. Although very slow growing, these tumors are highly malignant and metastasize easily.
